Procedures for filing a complaint /status
How to file an online complaint against your Depository/ Trading Member If you have complaint against your Depository/ Trading member – FE Securities Pvt. Ltd.
You may register your complaint through e- mail on one of the following related email id’s: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have a complaint against your trading member and in case the trading member fails to provide a satisfactory resolution, you can raise an online complaint with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) online / BSE Ltd. online.
Nice Plus, NSE’s online investor service portal (Nseinvestorhelpline.com/NICEPLUS), allows you to file a complaint against your broker or trading member.
Complaints registered with the NSE are resolved within 15 days, failing which the complaint is referred to the exchange’s Investor Grievance Resolution Panel
Steps to be followed to file an Online Investor Complaint.
- Register through NICE Plus portal ( click on New User)
- Login to NICE Plus portal through registered user id
- Click on ‘Add Complaints’ tab
- Fill in the required details in Complaint Form
- Click on ‘Submit’
- Verify the details entered in the complaint form. Click on ‘Confirm’ to register complaint
- Complaint registered. Unique reference no generated for the complaint 8. View status of your complaint through Dashboard
Any investor having grievance against Trading Member can register complaint with BSE in respect of transactions executed on BSE in the prescribed Complaint form at the address mentioned below or to the nearest Regional Investor Service Centre of BSE along with necessary supporting documents. Kindly ensure that investor should also provide valid email id, mobile number and PAN.
Investor can also lodge a complaint through email at the address mentioned below or through the facility provided on BSE’s website under Investor section ” e-Complaint Registration“
Procedure for finding out status of the complaint basis
If you have lodged any complaint against the us either for depository services or trading related issue, we will provide you the appropriate resolution as soon as possible, not more than 30 days. We will continuously be in touch with you via mail/registered mobile number during that period.
